1. Campaign Overview

The Moduspace Christmas Sale Campaign (“Promotion”) is organized by Moduspace Pte. Ltd. and runs across the following official websites:

• United States & Canada: us.moduspace.sg

• EU Region / United Kingdom: eu.moduspace.sg

• Australia: au.moduspace.sg

• Asia: asia.moduspace.sg

During the Promotion, automated festive discounts and applicable Reward Credits will be available to eligible customers, subject to the terms below.

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is active from 15th December 2025 to 31st December 2025.

Discounts are automatically applied at checkout once the minimum spend requirement is met:

During this Christmas campaign, all valid Reward Credits earned from previous Moduspace promotions remain stackable with the automatic Christmas Sale discounts.

3. Eligibility

The Promotion is open to all customers who make purchases directly from the official Moduspace websites listed above.

• Employees, affiliates, resellers, and distributors of Moduspace are not eligible.

• Each customer account may use the automated discount per qualifying transaction as determined by the system.

4. Discount Application

• Eligible discounts are applied automatically at checkout when the minimum spend threshold is met.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional codes, vouchers, or non-qualifying offers, except for valid Reward Credits.

• All discounts are final at the time of purchase and cannot be retroactively applied.

5. Reward Credits Stackability

• Credits are not stackable with the automated Christmas Sale discounts.

• Credits cannot be used to offset shipping costs.

• Expired, transferred, or voided Credits cannot be reinstated, refunded, or reissued.

6. Qualifying Products

• Automated Christmas discounts apply only to selected Moduspace display cases and accessories featured on the campaign page.

• Certain items — including gift cards, limited-edition releases, and third-party collaboration products — may be excluded.

• Moduspace reserves the right to modify the list of eligible products without prior notice.

7. Refunds & Exchanges

• All orders under this Promotion remain subject to Moduspace’s standard return, exchange, and warranty policies.

• If a product purchased using automated Christmas Sale discounts is refunded, any redeemed Reward Credits will be deducted from the customer’s account.

• For partial returns, discounts and Credits will be recalculated proportionally.

• Redeemed or transferred Credits cannot be refunded or reversed.

8. Fraud, Abuse, and Errors

Moduspace may cancel any transaction or disqualify participants found engaging in:

• Fraudulent or deceptive activity

• Abuse of discount logic or Credits

• Manipulation of checkout systems

Any system errors or misuse may result in the revocation of discounts and/or Credits.

9. Changes and Termination

Moduspace reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion or its terms at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

Reasonable efforts will be made to communicate changes through official Moduspace channels.

10. Limitation of Liability

Moduspace is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from:

• Discount unavailability

• Missed or late participation

• Website downtime or connectivity issues

• Errors relating to Reward Credit application

All decisions by Moduspace regarding this Promotion are final and binding.
